Our products are CUSTOM & HANDMADE! processing takes 10-14 Business Days. Meaning it can take 10-14 Business Days to make the necklace & engrave your custom Spotify code before we ship them. In rare cases it can take up to 3 weeks.

We believe in QUALITY over Quantity. We rather have a longer processing time to ensure when you get your Necklace that they work and you are satisfied, than to ship out items fast with poor quality. We hope you understand. All of our Jewels are HANDMADE!
